Giacobbino’s pizza is baked in family tradition. Since 1963, the Stolfe family has been perfecting the art of pizza at Chicago’s iconic pizzeria, Connie’s Pizza. Michael Stolfe worked tirelessly to develop a pizza crust that would enable guests to have restaurant quality pizza in the comfort of their own home.
After a few years, many trial and errors, and countless take and bake pizzas later, Michael Stolfe found the perfect crust. Giacobbino’s pizza allows customers to leave the frozen pizza in the freezer aisle and enjoy a fresh, handmade pizza directly from their stove.
